Introduction
Subscription-based secure remote access to DataTalk devices and their local networks — no port forwarding or static IP required.
myACCESS is a subscription-based service designed to provide secure remote access to DataTalk devices and their local networks. Subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly basis. The service comes in two types:
myACCESS Device
This subscription allows a DataTalk-enabled device to securely connect to the cloud and become accessible from anywhere in the world, provided the device has an internet connection.

- DataTalk BOX
- DataTalk AI SCADA
- DataTalk OT/IT Gateway
- DataTalk AI Alarm & Notify
- Other DataTalk-integrated systems
The device connects securely and is encrypted to the myACCESS cloud server. A unique, secure access link is generated, allowing access to the device’s HMI or visualization interface from outside the local network — ideal for monitoring and control on the go.
myACCESS User
This subscription allows users to connect not only to the DataTalk device remotely but also to other devices on the same local network.
Must be used in combination with an active myACCESS Device subscription.
Grants the user the ability to initiate a secure VPN connection using the official myACCESS app (available for Windows OS). Once connected, the user gains:
- Access to DataTalk devices remotely
- Full access to other devices in the same local network
- Capability to update/upload programs to PLCs
- Access to IP cameras, servers, and other networked hardware
System Requirements
- The myACCESS Windows application must be installed for VPN functionality
- A stable internet connection is required on the device side to maintain the VPN tunnel
